All products sold by us carry full manufacturer’s warranty. We recommend keeping all original packaging so if you need to return it can be done safely. All warranties are return to manufacturer and therefore all freight costs are your responsibility.

Products found to be faulty, will either be repaired, replaced or refund given, subject to advice from our suppliers regarding the fault. Customer should note that all products to be returned for repair require authorisation from us. We will supply you with an RA number to be sent with goods.

Software cannot be returned, but we offer full telephone support. Ask for more details.
